Salad & Shrimp Thai


Warmer temperatures and an urge to hop salad!
Fresh, colorful, tangy with a hint of spice.
Way Thai
ultra simple to enjoy the beautiful blue sky and finally the brightness. But a salad
season anyway!





covered for two

2 grapefruits Ugly
1 large avocado
16 Black Tiger shrimp bio
2 handfuls of lettuce
1 stalk lemongrass

1 lime soy sauce, olive oil,
sugar, salt, pepper sauce, piri-piri






Shell the shrimp and cook
in a pan with olive oil
salt and pepper and reserve
Cut grapefruits and remove the supreme
Recover grapefruit juice
Cut diced avocado and lemon into thin slices
Prepare the sauce with grapefruit juice, lime juice, the
soy sauce, piri-piri sauce, sugar, lemon and olive oil.
(flavor to your taste)
Place the ingredients in each dish, mash
understood and carefully pour the sauce.



Small variations:
Add the chopped fresh coriander, mint
or a little grated ginger.
If you take a grapefruit classic
put a little more sugar in the sauce.
season Ugly or Tangelo is very short in import
only in February. Then know to enjoy!
