Ninjutsu Uniform -halloween

Mandarin & spice powder for a cake ... light


The secret of this light cake how gingerbread is
in the refreshing aroma Tangerine
and original combination of cinnamon, vanilla and pepper
the famous Equinoxial powder.

You need • • •


250 g white flour 1 tbsp
powder 1 tsp equinoctial

yeast 1 tsp bicarbonate
1 pinch of salt zest of 3 tangerines

bio 130 ml
mandarin juice 65 ml syrup 65 ml
agave honey citrus
60 g unsalted butter, melted






How • • •


Make Melt the butter with the agave syrup and honey
Add mandarin juice to this mixture. Stir well and add
zest.
Mix in another bowl, dry ingredients
Bring both bowls without incorporating air too. Bake at 150-160 degrees
for about 30-35 minutes.







Keeps well in plastic wrap for several days. The powder
